The office can get a bit warm in the afternoons, so we usually have a couple of fans running. It’s not the quietest place because of the traffic on the road outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a local team that knows the industry. We spend a lot of time talking to engineers and contractors. Most of us have lived in Kakinada for our whole lives. We don't use a lot of fancy words or marketing talk. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. There’s a lot of paperwork and technical stuff to deal with, but we manage. It’s an honest living and we like the practical side of the work. We’ve been at this same address for a long time and don't plan on moving.
