Regent Marine Industries

We've been over at the G.I.D.C. Estate for a while now, tucked in with the Mamta Cold Storage building at unit 806. It’s a busy spot, and there is mostly industrial stuff going on around us every single day. People often ask how to find the entrance, but once you see the big cold storage sign, you’re basically there. We spend most of our mornings dealing with whatever marine equipment or supplies come through the door. It’s not a fancy office by any means. There’s usually some dust on the desks and the phone rings more than we’d like, but that’s just how the day goes for us. We handle a lot of the logistical side of things here. Working near the cold storage means it gets a bit chilly in some parts of the building, which is actually nice when the weather gets really hot outside. Most of the guys here have been working together for years, so we don't really need a lot of formal meetings to know what needs doing. We just show up, check the lists, and get to work. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when deliveries arrive all at once, but we manage to sort it out eventually. It's a straightforward operation. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we absolutely have to. Most of our work happens on the floor or talking to the drivers coming in and out of the estate. It’s just us doing what we do.
