Our office is at 103/1 in the Gidc, Estae on Somnath Road. Being in an industrial estate means there is always the sound of machinery or trucks nearby. Darbar Impex Pvt. Ltd. has been here for quite some time now. It’s a functional space, mostly concrete and metal, which fits the surroundings. Somnath Road is usually busy with people moving goods back and forth. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. When you walk in, you’re pretty much in the middle of where everything happens. We spend our days coordinating imports and exports. It involves a lot of checking lists and making sure the crates are packed correctly. Sometimes the weather makes the estate a bit muddy, but that’s just part of being here. The team is small, and we mostly just get on with it without much fuss. We don't have many meetings; we just shout across the room if we need something. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. We like being in the Gidc because everything we need is close by. It’s not a glamorous job, but Darbar Impex Pvt. Ltd. is a steady place to work. We just keep things simple and try to stay on top of the daily tasks that come our way. We’ve seen other businesses come and go, but we stay put on Somnath Road.
