Citizen Agencies

Citizen Agencies is located in the Jahangir Complex at Pani Gate. We have units 3 and 4. This is a very lively part of town, and Pani Gate is always crowded with people and vendors. Our office is a simple place where we manage our agency work. We’ve been here for a long time, so we’ve grown used to the chaos outside our windows. The complex itself is quite old and has that specific smell of old concrete and paper. We deal with a lot of distribution and coordination for various products. There’s always a stack of invoices on the desks and the phone is usually ringing. We don't have any fancy carpets or air conditioning that works perfectly all the time. We just use the ceiling fans and keep the windows open when it’s not too dusty. Our neighbors in the complex are mostly other small traders and agencies, so everyone knows each other. We often grab a coffee from the stall downstairs during our mid-morning break. It's a busy, functional environment. We don't do anything special to attract attention; we just focus on the people we already work with. It's a modest setup, but it has served us well for many years. We just keep doing what we know how to do, day in and day out. It’s a small slice of the city.
