Real Exports

Down here on Somnath Road at Lati Plot No. 8 and 9, things stay pretty busy most of the week. Real Exports is basically just a group of us working out of these plots in Bhidiya. It’s a dusty area sometimes, especially with all the movement on the road, but it’s where we set up shop and stayed. We deal with a lot of different items coming in and going out, mostly stuff headed for other places. It’s heavy work and can get tiring, but that’s just how it goes in this line of business. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space for storage and handling. We’ve had to fix the roof a couple of times after the monsoon seasons. Sometimes the trucks get backed up on the road, which makes things a bit slow, but we figure it out eventually. We don’t really do big meetings or fancy presentations. Usually, it’s just someone shouting across the yard to check on a load or writing things down in a notebook. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it works for us. Most of us have lived around here for years, so we know the neighbors and the local shops well. We just try to get the orders packed up and sent off without making any big mistakes. It's honest work and keeps us occupied from dawn until late in the evening. We don't mind the long hours as long as the work gets done right and the customers are satisfied with what they receive.
