Bharat Trading

We are set up in units 3 and 4 of the Jahangir Complex over in Panigate. It’s a busy spot with lots of different businesses coming and going. Our space is mostly taken up by boxes and crates because we trade in a bit of everything. There isn't really a typical day here. One morning we might be dealing with hardware, and by the afternoon it’s something completely different. It keeps things interesting, though it can get a bit chaotic when several deliveries arrive at the same time. The complex is a bit older, so the stairs are steep and the parking is always a mess, but the location is good for getting things in and out of Panigate. We have a small office tucked in the back where we keep the ledger and the phone, but we are usually out on the floor moving stuff around. We don’t have any polished sales pitches or corporate goals. We just buy what we think we can sell and try to keep our overheads low. Most of our clients are other small business owners from around the area. We have been doing this for years, and we know who is reliable and who isn't. It’s just about staying busy and keeping the trade moving. Sometimes we have a slow week, but then things pick up again and we are back to loading trucks until late.
