Town Aart

Our space is located at 62-63, Udyog Nagar, right in Basni Phase-II. It is a busy industrial patch where everyone is trying to get their work done. At Town Aart, we spend most of our time dealing with various designs and materials. It’s not always pretty, especially when we are in the middle of a big project and there are scraps everywhere. We have been working out of these units for some time, and we know most of the neighbors now. The vibe in Basni is very much about production. You hear the sounds of work from every direction. We try to keep our heads down and stay focused on the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes the power goes out or a delivery gets stuck in traffic, which is just part of the local experience. We don't spend money on shiny signs or air conditioning that works perfectly. It’s more about the tools we use and the hands-on effort we put in. Most days start early before it gets too hot, and we work until the light fades or the job is finished. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you aren't familiar with the phase-II layout, but we like the spot. It feels like a real place where things are actually being made. There is no corporate ladder here, just people working together in a dusty workshop.
