Chandra Handicrafts & Exports

You can find us at number 240 on Balaji Marg, right in the Ram Nagar area. It’s a busy little spot, and our building is usually filled with the smell of wood and whatever finishes we’re using that day. We do a lot of handicrafts here, so there are always pieces of half-finished work sitting on the benches. It’s not a quiet place. There is always the sound of someone sanding something or packing boxes for shipping. Since we do exports, we spend a lot of time wrapping things in bubble wrap and taping up heavy cartons. It’s a lot of manual work, and our hands are usually a bit dirty by the end of the shift. We’ve been at this location for quite some time now. The neighbors know us, and they’re used to the trucks coming in to pick up the crates. We don't have a big corporate office; it's mostly just the workshop and a small corner where we keep the records. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have a big order to get out, and you have to step over things to get to the back. We just try to make sure everything is made right and packed well so it doesn't break on the way. That’s pretty much what we do every day here in Ram Nagar. It’s just us working with our hands and getting things sent out.
