Shyam Art & Rugs

Our place is at 110 Osho Tower on 1st 'B' Road. Sardarpura is a busy spot. We deal with rugs and some art pieces. The tower is easy to find, but finding a parking spot on 'B' Road can be a headache. We have a lot of rugs stacked up. It is a bit dusty, but that is just how it is with carpets. We spend our time unrolling things for people to see. Shyam Art & Rugs is just a small business. We do not have a fancy showroom with bright lights. It is more of a warehouse feel. We have been in Sardarpura for quite a bit now. People come in looking for something specific, and we try to find it in the piles. It is not always organized perfectly. We are just regular people working here. No suits or ties. Sometimes we have tea with the customers while they look. It is a relaxed way of doing things. We do not have a big mission statement. We just sell rugs and art. The building is okay, but the stairs can be a bit steep. We mostly stay in the office or moving rugs around. Sometimes the phone rings all day and other times it is completely silent. We do not mind either way as long as we have enough work to keep us going through the month. It is just how we run things in the tower.
