Shivi Arts

You can find Shivi Arts at D 8 in Sarawati Nagar. It is a small space where we do all our creative work. It isn't a gallery or a big studio, just a room where we keep our supplies and work on different projects. Sometimes there are paint stains on the floor and scraps of paper everywhere. That is just part of the process for us. We have been in Sarawati Nagar for a bit now and we like the quiet feel of the neighborhood. People often drop by D 8 to see what we are working on or to ask for a specific piece. We don't have a big corporate structure. It's just a few of us who enjoy making things. Whether it is drawing, painting, or something else, we just get on with it. The light in the morning is pretty good for working. We don't use much fancy equipment, mostly just our hands and some basic tools. Shivi Arts is a simple name for a simple business. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make a living doing something we are okay at. The address at D 8 is easy to find if you are already in Sarawati Nagar. We've got a small sign out front so you know you're at the right place. It’s a relaxed place to spend the day. We usually have the radio playing while we work.
