Shri Kushal Art

Our place, Shri Kushal Art, is tucked away in the E.P.I.P. area of Boranada at H-416. If you come by, you’ll likely hear the noise of the workshop before you see us. We’ve been working out of this space for a while, making various items that people seem to want for their homes or shops. It’s an industrial zone, so there aren’t many trees or pretty views, just lots of buildings like ours. Inside, we have our workstations set up where we do the carving and finishing. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we know where everything is. The guys working here have been at it for years and they have the calluses to prove it. We don't really do much advertising; the work usually speaks for itself when it gets to where it’s going. We deal with raw materials every day and try to make something useful or nice out of them. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just life in Boranada. We drink a lot of tea to keep going through the afternoon. It’s a simple setup, really. We focus on the pieces we’re making and try to do right by the people who buy from us. There’s no big marketing team here, just us trying to keep the workshop running and the orders moving. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening.
