Rural Craft & Creation Pvt. Ltd. operates out of C - 62 in the area known as Dharam Narayan Ji Ka Hattha. It’s a residential-feeling spot over in Paota, so it’s a bit different from the big industrial zones. The address is a bit hard to find if you aren't from around here, tucked away in the lanes of Pavta. We use the ground floor mostly for our storage and work. It’s a family-run kind of vibe. We make crafts and things like that. There’s usually a lot of wood shavings or fabric scraps on the floor by the end of the day. We try to sweep up, but it just gets messy again tomorrow. My neighbor usually drops by for a chat in the evenings. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the number on the gate. The house itself is old and has those thick walls that keep it cool even when the sun is beating down on Jodhpur. We don’t really think of ourselves as a big company, even if the name says Pvt Ltd. It’s just a group of us who know how to make things with our hands. We spend a lot of time just looking at samples and trying to figure out how to put them together. It’s slow work sometimes, but that’s just the way it is here. Most people call us when they need something specific made.
