Raj Shree Udhyog

Our factory is located at P. No. 100-101 in Ram Nagar, which is part of Basni Phase II. It’s a very industrial part of the city, so there are trucks moving in and out all the time and the sound of machinery is everywhere. At Raj Shree Udhyog, we don’t have much in the way of decor. The walls are plain, and the focus is entirely on the production floor. We have a set of machines that we keep running throughout the day to meet the orders we get. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, especially during the summer months here. We’ve been operating in Basni for a while, and we’ve seen the area grow and change. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world; we just want to keep the production steady and the workers busy. Most of our guys have been living nearby for years, so it’s a bit of a local crew. We don’t go in for fancy slogans or big corporate meetings. We just look at what needs to be made, check the materials, and get on with it. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it ourselves. That’s just part of the job. It’s a simple, hardworking life in a busy industrial estate, and we just take it one day at a time.
