Our place is located at A-1 in the Heavy Industrial Area, right behind the New Power House. It’s a dusty part of town because of all the trucks and the industrial work happening nearby. You can always hear the hum of the power house in the background, which becomes like white noise after you've been here for a few hours. The building itself is a large shed with a small office area tucked into one corner. We have a lot of space for the carvings and the big pieces we work on. It gets incredibly hot in the afternoons, especially since the roof is made of metal, so we try to get most of the heavy lifting done early in the morning. There’s a layer of fine dust on everything, no matter how much we sweep. We don't have any fancy showrooms here; it's mostly just a workspace where things are made and packed. We keep some old chairs outside under a small tree where we take our breaks and have some cold water. Most of the people working here have been doing this for years and know the routine by heart. We don’t talk much about goals or visions. We just look at the pieces we're making and make sure they look the way they're supposed to. It’s hard work, and we usually go home pretty tired and covered in sawdust or paint at the end of the day.
