Kokasia Arts & Crafts

Kokasia Arts & Crafts is located out in Basni, Phase-II. If you look for us on Road No. 7, you will find us at F-262-263. It is an industrial area, so there is always a lot of dust and the sound of machines running nearby. Our space is basically a big shed where we keep all the raw materials and finished pieces. It gets quite hot in Jodhpur, especially in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. There are always stacks of crates piled up near the entrance waiting to be moved. We do not have a fancy front desk or a polished showroom. Most days, we are just wearing dusty clothes and moving items from one side of the room to the other. The floor is usually covered in wood shavings or scraps of metal, depending on what we are working on that week. We have a small corner with a couple of old desks where we handle the paperwork and take calls. It is a bit disorganized sometimes, but we know where everything is. Lunch is usually eaten together in the back, sitting on whatever crates are empty. We do not spend money on big advertisements or anything like that. People usually find us because they know we are here in Basni. It is just a regular place where we work hard and try to get the crafts finished on time for the next truck.
