J.K. Art & Craft

We’ve been here at G-310 in the Ricco Industrial Area for quite a while now. If you head into the 3rd Phase in Boranada, you’ll find us easily enough. It’s mostly just us working with our hands every day, surrounded by wood, tools, and a lot of sawdust. The workshop isn’t exactly what you’d call fancy, but it gets the job done and we know where everything is. Most mornings start with a cup of tea before we get the machines going. It’s loud in the industrial area, but we’re used to the noise of the neighbors and the trucks coming in and out. J.K. Art & Craft is really just about making things that people can actually use. We don’t have a big front office or anything like that because we spend all our time in the back where the real work happens. Sometimes the heat in Boranada gets a bit much in the afternoons, so we take a break then. Our space is filled with unfinished pieces and raw materials waiting to be turned into something. It’s a bit messy, to be honest. But that’s how it goes when you’re actually making stuff. We’ve stayed in this same spot because it’s close to the suppliers and it just feels right. You won't find any shiny brochures here, just people working hard and trying to stay on top of the orders that come through the door.
