Desert Art Export

We are at G-590 in Basni. It is between Lane 8 and 10. The sun gets really hot here in the second phase. Desert Art Export has been in this spot for a while now. Most days are just about moving crates and checking the inventory under the fans. You can hear the trucks rattling down the road outside all morning. Sometimes the dust gets into everything, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We spend a lot of time on our feet. The workshop isn't fancy. It is just a place where we get the work done. People sometimes get lost looking for Lane 10 because the signs aren't great. We tell them to just look for the big gate. It’s a lot of manual work, packing things up so they don’t break. We have been doing this for years, and the routine hasn't changed much. My tea gets cold before I can finish it because someone always needs help with a heavy box. We keep the doors open for the breeze, even if it brings in more sand. It is a quiet life if you don't count the hammers and the tape dispensers. We just try to get the orders out before the driver shows up at five. It is not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. That is mostly what goes on here.
