Craftex International

Craftex International is based in Rooprajat Township, at E-103. It’s a bit of a different setup because we are in a residential-style area. It’s not a typical storefront with a big window. We deal with crafts and international shipping, so there are always boxes and bubble wrap everywhere. The living room area is basically our shipping department now. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. Rooprajat Township is a quiet place, which is nice when we have to focus on packing fragile items. We aren't a big factory with hundreds of workers. It’s a small operation. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on the computer, checking on orders and talking to suppliers. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding our specific block in the township. We don't have a fancy showroom for people to browse. Most of our work is done behind the scenes. It's a lot of manual labor, wrapping things and making sure the labels are correct. We don’t use any corporate jargon or have big meetings. We just wake up, have some tea, and start packing. It’s an honest business. Some days the humidity makes it hard to get the tape to stick properly, but we manage. We’ve been doing this from the township for a while and it works for us. It’s simple and we stay busy. We don't have a lot of walk-ins, which is fine with us.
