Chamunda Craft Exports

Chamunda Craft Exports is based at 'Suryakunj' in the High Court Colony of Ratanda. It is a bit of a different setup because we operate out of a residential area. It’s much quieter than being in the middle of a big industrial park, which we quite like. The house is where we store everything and manage the exports. Sometimes the driveway is full of crates and boxes, which probably bothers the neighbors a little, but we try to move them quickly. We don't have a big office building or a corporate headquarters. It’s just our workspace where we check the crafts and get them ready to go out. Ratanda is a nice part of town, and being in the High Court Colony means the roads are usually in decent shape. We don't have a big sign outside, just the name of the house. Most of our work happens over the phone or through emails, so we don't get a lot of random visitors. It’s just a small family-run kind of feel here. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a big sales team. It’s just us making sure the quality is okay before anything is sent away. The rooms are often cluttered with samples and packing materials, but we know where everything is. It’s an informal way of working, but it has worked for us for years.
