Baba Art Export (Stone & Habdicraft)

We are located at Deora Market in Kirti Nagar-D. You can find us right on Bhadvasia Main Road. Baba Art Export (Stone & Habdicraft) is where we spend our days working with stone and various handicrafts. It’s a bit of a dusty job, but we enjoy seeing what we can make. The shop is usually full of pieces we are working on or things we’ve finished. It can be a bit crowded in there with all the stone around. We aren't a big fancy gallery, just a workshop where things actually get made. We’ve been in this part of Kirti Nagar for a good bit now. People around Bhadvasia Main Road know where we are. We don't really have a big sales pitch. We just show people what we’ve been working on and if they like it, that’s great. We use simple tools and a lot of hard work. The market can get pretty busy, especially on the weekends, but we just stick to our routine. Sometimes the carvings take longer than we expected, but we don't like to rush things. It's a small place, and it gets hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going. We just do our best with every piece we touch. It’s a bit of an old-fashioned way to work, but it suits us just fine. We have scraps of stone everywhere and the floor is never quite clean, but that’s just part of the craft. We wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
