You can find us at House No. 257 in Gali No. 11, which is over in Baldev Nagar, Masuria. This is where Ajay Leather Craft happens. It’s more of a workshop than a proper store. The smell of leather is the first thing you notice when you walk in. We have scraps of hide and different tools spread across the workbenches. It's a bit of a mess, to be honest, but that’s how we work best. We don't have a showroom with fancy displays. Most of the stuff we make is sitting on the tables or hanging from hooks on the walls. We’ve been in Masuria for quite some time and the neighbors know us by the sound of the hammers. We don't do any big advertising or have a slick sales team. People just hear about us and come to Gali No. 11 to see what we’re making. It’s a slow process, working with leather, and we don't like to rush things. Sometimes a piece takes longer than expected, and we just tell the customer to give us a few more days. It’s an honest way to work. We enjoy the feel of the material and the challenge of making something useful. The light in the workshop isn't the best, but we’ve gotten used to it.
