Lunker Tools Pvt. Ltd. is located at 2, Industrial Estate. It is a straightforward kind of place. Being in an industrial estate means there is always the sound of machines or trucks moving somewhere nearby. Our spot is not very big, but it fits what we need to get the work done. We spend most of our mornings checking on the equipment and making sure the floor is relatively clear so nobody trips over anything. It is not one of those modern, shiny offices you see in the city center. We have some grease on the walls and the floors are concrete. That is just how it is when you work with tools every day. The neighbors are mostly other small workshops, so we all know each other. Sometimes we borrow a wrench or a bit of oil from the guys next door. The sun hits the front of the building pretty hard in the afternoon, so we usually keep the shutters halfway down to stay cool. We don't really do much marketing or anything. People just know where we are if they need something fixed or made. The air smells like metal and cutting fluid, and it's quite noisy, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been at this same spot for years, and the routine hasn't changed much at all. There isn't any fancy lobby for guests, just a simple door that leads right into the main work area.
