Hari Om Tools

Our address is A-389, Saraswati Nagar, in the Basni-1 Industrial Area of Jodhpur. Jodhpur is known for many things, but here in Basni, it is all about industry and hard work. Hari Om Tools is a small place located in one of the long rows of units here. We mostly have hand tools and supplies for the local workers and small factories nearby. The building is simple, just made of concrete with some heavy metal shutters. Inside, we have wooden racks that go all the way to the ceiling. It is a bit cramped, especially when we get a new delivery and the boxes are sitting right in the middle of the floor space. I spend my time checking the stock and helping whoever walks in. Sometimes it is a representative from a big company nearby needing a lot of items, and sometimes it is just a local guy needing a single screwdriver. I treat them all the same way. The sun gets really strong here in Rajasthan, so we keep the shutters halfway down in the afternoon to stay out of the direct heat. It is a quiet life in some ways, even with the noise of the neighboring units. We don't do much on the internet. Most people just know our spot or see the sign when they drive past on the main road. It is a basic operation. We don't have a lot of fancy words. We just provide tools to the people in Basni and keep things moving.
