Jindran Kalan Farmer Producer Companylimited

Our company is based in Jindran village, right near where Dr. Chattar Singh Rathe lives. The actual office is at Jagbir Singh’s place, House Number 324 in Ward Number 5. We are just a bunch of local farmers from the Jindran Kalan area. We thought it would be better to pool our resources together. It’s hard to get things done when you’re just one small farm. At Jagbir's house, we have a small space where we keep our files and meet up. It's not a corporate office by any means. There’s usually a tractor parked outside and some mud on the floor. That’s just the nature of our work. We discuss what we are going to plant and how we are going to sell it. We don't have any big missions or fancy slogans. We just want to make enough to keep our families going and maybe improve the village a bit. Most of us have known each other since we were kids. This company is just an extension of that friendship. We take turns handling the administrative stuff, even though none of us really likes sitting in front of a computer. We’d much rather be outside. If you need to find us, just head to Ward 5 and ask for Jagbir Singh’s house. Everyone knows where it is. It's a very simple, grassroots way of doing business. It's nothing fancy but it works for us.
