Budain Bagwani Producer Company Limited

We've been operating out of Budain Uchana for a while now. It's a small place in Jind, but there's a lot of work to be done. Our office is right at house number one in the village. Most of us grew up here and know everyone around the neighborhood. Budain Bagwani Producer Company Limited isn't a fancy setup at all. It’s just us trying to manage things together. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit outside and talk about the crops until it comes back. We spend most of our time dealing with the paperwork and making sure the stuff from the fields gets where it needs to go. It’s hard work, and the sun in Jind doesn't make it any easier during the summer months. We don't have a big team or a lot of high-tech equipment. Just a few rooms and some old desks. If you come by, you'll probably see us drinking tea or checking the handwritten registers. We handle the local produce and try to keep things organized as best as we can. It gets very busy during the harvest, everyone is running around and shouting. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. It's just a bunch of people from the village working together. Sometimes we make mistakes with the filing, but we fix it eventually. We’ve known the families here for generations. That’s just how it is in Budain. It's not a big city business.
