Nishit Engineering

We've been at Plot No. K-1-282 in the Gidc Shankar Tekri area for a while now. Running an engineering shop like Nishit Engineering means there's always something to fix or make. Most days we are busy with the machines and making sure everything runs okay. It’s loud here and greasy, but that is just part of the job. People around the Gidc know where to find us. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. Just the workshop and our tools. Some of the guys have been working here for years. We just focus on getting the work done and moving on to the next thing. It gets hot in the summer inside the shed. Sometimes things break and we have to figure it out on the fly. That is how engineering goes, I guess. We keep our supplies tucked in the corners and try to stay organized, though it doesn't always look it. If you walk past Shankar Tekri, you’ll probably hear the noise from our place. It is not a quiet business. We just do our work. Nothing more to say really. We are just a local shop trying to do things right. It's a lot of manual labor and keeping an eye on the measurements. Every day is a bit different but the location stays the same. The floor is concrete and shows the wear of the years. We drink our tea together in the mornings before the real noise starts. It's a simple life here at the plot.
