Top Manufacturing Co.

We've been at C-2/30 in the GIDC area of Shankar Tekri for quite a while now. It's a busy spot in Jamnagar where everyone seems to be making something or other out of metal. Our shop, Top Manufacturing Co., is just one of many tucked away in these rows of buildings. Most days start pretty early when the sun is just coming up over the industrial estate. There’s always the sound of machines running in the background. It gets loud, but you get used to it after a few weeks of working here. We mostly spend our time looking over orders and making sure the machines are doing what they are supposed to do. The floor is usually covered in some kind of metal shavings or oil, which is just part of the job. Sometimes the power goes out, and we all just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular workshop where people show up, do their work, and head home. We know the neighbors pretty well since we see them every day at the tea stall around the corner. Jamnagar is a big hub for this kind of work, so there's always something moving on the roads outside. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting the parts finished so they can be sent out. It’s hard work, especially when it gets hot in the afternoons, but we manage just fine.
