Maxwell Technology

You can find us at Sp. Shed No. 19/1/b in the Gidc-1 area of Jamnagar. We are right in the middle of Shankar Tekri Udyognagar. It is quite a walk from the main gate but everyone knows where the 19 series sheds are. Maxwell Technology is basically just a few of us working together every day. The shed gets a bit warm in the afternoon, so we keep the big doors open to catch whatever breeze comes through. We handle a lot of technical stuff, mostly fixing and putting things together that other people find too complicated. It’s noisy because of the other workshops nearby, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Jamnagar is a good place for this kind of work. There is always someone looking for a part or needing something looked at. We don't have a big office with air conditioning or anything like that. Just some benches, our tools, and a desk where we keep the records. Sometimes we stay late if a job is particularly stubborn. We usually grab tea from the stall at the corner twice a day. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy and we like the independence of running our own shop in the Gidc. We try to be fair with everyone who walks through that door and we don't use any fancy talk to explain things. It isn't always perfect, but we do the work that needs doing.
