Fitwell Fasteners

We are located at Plot No 4641 on Road No 3 in the Dared Gidc area, specifically Phase 3. It's a busy part of town with a lot of noise from the other workshops around us. My family started Fitwell Fasteners a long time ago and we just kept going with it. The shop isn't much to look at from the outside, but we have the machines we need to make our products. Most mornings start early with a cup of chai before the machines get turned on. The floor stays pretty messy with metal bits and oil, but that's just part of the job. We don't have a big team, just a few local guys who know their way around a lathe. If someone calls looking for a specific bolt or screw, we usually have it somewhere in the back crates. It takes time to find things sometimes because we don't use fancy computers for the inventory. We just know where things are kept. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially in the summer months here. We usually take a short break then. People stop by the gate and ask for directions or just to chat. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get the work done and go home to our families at night. That’s how we’ve always done things here. We sweep up on Saturdays, but by Monday, the dust is back.
