About Mico Hydraulics – Industrial Plant & Machines in Jamnagar
Plot No. 215/2 in the G.I.D.C. area of Dared is where we spend most of our daylight hours. It’s an industrial spot, Phase II specifically, so there is always the sound of machinery or a truck idling nearby. Our shop is usually a bit messy because that is just how hydraulic work goes. You can't really deal with oil and pumps without getting it on the floor or your boots. We have been working out of this location for a while now. Most days involve someone coming in with a part that stopped working or a hose that started leaking at the worst possible time. We just take it apart and see what can be done. It’s not fancy work, and the heat in Dared can be pretty brutal in the afternoon, but we get through it. There is a specific smell to this place, a mix of old grease and metal, that you just get used to after a week. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. Just a desk with too many papers on it and the workshop in the back where the actual stuff happens. Sometimes we run out of chai before the morning is even over because it’s the only thing that keeps us moving. It's just us here, trying to keep the machines running for whoever needs them. If we aren't at the workbench, we are probably out back moving crates around or cleaning up tools.
