Alians International

Alians International is based at Plot No- C-244 in the Gidc area of Shanker Tekri Udyog Nagar. This part of town is mostly factories and industrial sheds. Our plot is right in the middle of a long row of similar buildings. It’s not the most beautiful place to work, but it serves its purpose for what we do. Every morning, we open up the big metal shutters and let the air in. It can get pretty dusty because of the trucks driving past on the unpaved parts of the road. We have a small office tucked into the corner of the main shed. There is a table, a few chairs, and a telephone that rings more often than you’d think. We don't have any corporate slogans or big missions. We just show up and do the work that is waiting for us. Most of the staff has been with us for a while, so we all know the routine. Lunch is usually spent sitting outside if the weather is okay, or just at the desks. We have a small kettle for making coffee. The electricity goes out once in a while, which is just part of being in this industrial zone. We just wait for it to come back and then get back to whatever we were doing. It’s a steady pace here and we don't try to make it seem like more than it is. We close up around six most days and head home.
