Dhaval Products is located at Plot No. 517/4 Gidc. - 1 Shankar Tekri Udyognagar Jamnagar. It is a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but we’ve been here long enough that everyone knows where it is. The shop is usually a hive of activity from early morning until late evening. Jamnagar can get really hot, so we have the big doors open most of the time to catch whatever breeze we can. We make things here, simple as that. There are rows of machines and bins full of finished parts. It’s a bit messy, with metal scraps and oil around, but that’s just a sign that we’re working. We don't have a fancy waiting room or a receptionist to greet you. If you walk in, you’ll likely have to shout over the noise to get someone’s attention. Most of the staff has been with us for years, so we all know the rhythm of the place. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, people find us because they heard about us from someone else. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We focus on the machines and the products we’re putting out. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them ourselves, but we always manage. We’re just a bunch of regular people working at Plot No. 517/4 in Shankar Tekri, doing what we know how to do. There's always a bit of dust in the air, but we don't mind.
