Even Brass Industries

We are located at Plot No-588 in the GIDC Phase-2 area of Dared. It’s an industrial spot, so you can imagine there is always a lot of activity and the sound of machines running in the background. Even Brass Industries is basically a place where we get our hands dirty every single day. The floor is usually covered in some kind of metal shavings or dust, which is just part of the job when you work with brass. We don’t have a big lobby with soft chairs. Instead, we have workbenches and tools that have seen better days but still work perfectly fine. The heat can get a bit much in the summer months, especially inside the shed, but we keep the fans going and just push through it. Most of the guys here have been working in Dared for years, so they know the rhythm of the place. We don’t spend much time on the computer unless we have to check a message or something. Most of the time is spent standing at the machines or checking the pieces we just finished. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We know our neighbors at the other plots, and sometimes we help each other out if a machine breaks down or someone needs a specific tool. It’s just how things work here, without any fancy talk or complicated systems to get in the way.
