Madhuvan Brass Components

Madhuvan Brass Components is way out on H Road in the GIDC Phase-3 part of Dared. We are at Plot Number 4111. It’s a big industrial area, so there are plenty of trucks and heavy machinery moving around all the time. Our place is pretty much like the others nearby—lots of machines and the smell of oil and cut metal. We make various small brass parts that go into all sorts of bigger machines. It is precise work, even if the environment looks a bit rough around the edges. The guys on the shop floor have been doing this for a long time and they know exactly how the machines should sound. We don't spend much time in an office; most of the day is spent checking the production lines. Sometimes we get a big order that keeps us working late into the evening. The dust from the industrial zone settles on everything, so we are always cleaning our equipment. It isn't a place for suits and ties. We wear work clothes that can get dirty. Dared is a busy place, and being in Phase-3 means we are right in the thick of the manufacturing world. We keep to ourselves mostly and just focus on meeting the numbers we need for the week. It’s steady work. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here at Plot 4111 doing this for years. It is what it is.
