Bajrang Process

Bajrang Process is located at Plot No. 20/1-b in the Gidc area of Shanker Tekri, right in Udyognagar. This part of town is dedicated to industry, so it’s always busy with trucks and workers. Our place is just one of many along this stretch. We do various processing work here. It’s a lot of physical labor and keeping an eye on the machines. The building is functional, designed for work rather than looks. We’ve got some old equipment that still runs fine and some newer bits we’ve added over the years. Shanker Tekri has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of it. We aren't big on meetings or long-term planning; we mostly just look at what orders are in for the week and get to work. The tea stall nearby is where we spend most of our breaks. It’s a good place to hear the local gossip and take a breather from the noise. We don't have a polished corporate image. We are just a bunch of guys who know how to run these processes. Sometimes things go wrong, a belt breaks or a delivery is late, and we just figure out a way to fix it. It’s not always pretty, but the work gets done. We’ve been at this plot for years and don't plan on going anywhere else. It’s just how we do things around here, day in and day out.
