St Francis High School

St Francis High School is tucked away at Pandit Nehru Marg in Jamnagar. We’ve been using Post Box No 3 for as long as anyone can remember. The school has a long history in this town, and many of the parents who bring their children here were students themselves once. It’s a big old building with high ceilings and heavy doors. You can feel the age of the place when you walk through the corridors. We are located in a decent part of Jamnagar, not too far from the main city pulse but just enough to have some space. We follow a pretty strict routine here. The bell rings, classes start, and everyone knows where they are supposed to be. It’s not a place for lounging around. We have a large group of students, so it can get quite loud during the morning assembly or when the final bell goes off at the end of the day. The playground sees a lot of use, and it’s usually covered in footprints by noon. We don’t go in for anything flashy or modern upgrades unless they are really needed for the kids. Most of our furniture is wood and has been around for years. We just keep the place running and make sure the students learn their lessons and behave themselves while they are under our roof. It is hard work, but we have been doing it this way for generations.
