If you go down to Station Road near the Lal Bungalow in Jamnagar, you’ll find us. Shri R R Shah High School has been at this spot for quite a long time. Being so close to the station means there is always a lot of movement around us. We have students coming in from different parts of the city and even some who travel in from further away. The building is a sturdy one, sitting right there on the busy street. Inside, it’s a typical high school environment. You’ve got the long corridors, the rows of wooden benches, and the smell of chalk and old paper. We don't go in for anything too modern or flashy; we just stick to what works for the students. The teachers spend their days in front of the classes, explaining lessons and writing on the boards. We have a small staff room where we drink tea and talk about how the kids are doing. It can get pretty dusty with the traffic outside, but we just keep the doors open and get on with it. During the exam season, the whole place goes quiet, and you can really feel the tension in the air. Otherwise, it’s a lively place with plenty of energy. We just try to keep the school running smoothly and make sure everyone who comes through our doors gets a fair chance at their education.
