Shri Gyan Jyot Madhyamik Shala

Shri Gyan Jyot Madhyamik Shala is basically a local school sitting right at 45, At Viramdad Khambhaliya in Jamnagar. Most of the folks around here know where we are because it’s not a huge place. We have been running things here for quite some time, just focusing on the secondary kids from the village and nearby areas. It gets a bit dusty in the summer, but that is just how it is in this part of Jamnagar. The building itself is quite plain, nothing fancy to look at, but it does the job for the classes every day. We usually start quite early in the morning when the air is still a bit cool. You will see students walking down the road or coming in on cycles from the surrounding farms. It is a very normal routine. There is always a lot of noise during the breaks, which is to be expected with a bunch of teenagers running around the halls. We don't really do much big talking about what we do, we just open the gates, let the students in, and try to get through the lessons for the day. Sometimes the power goes out, or we have to move desks around for an event, but mostly it is just steady work. If you are ever passing through Viramdad, you will see our sign. It is just a place for learning without any of the extra drama you see in big city schools. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that, just the classrooms and the kids.
