Shree Dhulkot High School

We are located out here in Dhulkot, which is part of the Jamnagar district. If you are coming from Amran or traveling through the Jodiya taluka, you will find us at number 51. It is a quiet spot most of the time, except when the bells ring and the kids start running around the yard. The building has been here for a while and we try our best to keep everything tidy for the students who come from the nearby villages. Life at Shree Dhulkot High School follows a pretty steady rhythm. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the families well. It gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up across the plains of Jamnagar, but that is just how it is. We have the usual classrooms and a bit of space for the older ones to sit during their breaks. People usually find us by asking around in the village if they get lost on the way from the main road. The gates open early in the morning and we stay until the sun starts getting lower. There is nothing too fancy about the place, just a lot of concrete walls and wooden desks. We spend a lot of time making sure the paperwork is done and the lessons are ready. It is a long day for some of the kids who walk quite a bit to get here. We are just a local school doing the daily work.
