Shakti S.S. Hardware

Being over here in Dared at Phase-3 of the GIDC is quite a different experience than being in the main city. We are located at Shed No.4376 on J Road. This is a heavy industrial area, so there is always some noise from machines or trucks moving around. We deal mostly with stainless steel hardware because that is what most of the workshops around here look for. The shed is quite large and we have to use every bit of space for the stock. It stays pretty hot inside during the summer months, but we are used to it by now. Most of our days are spent checking the stainless steel items and making sure the counts are right. We aren't trying to be anything fancy, just a regular place where people can get their hardware without any fuss. Sometimes the roads around here get a bit muddy after it rains, making it hard for the trucks, but work goes on regardless of the weather. We see a lot of workers from the nearby units coming in to check on parts. It is a lot of heavy lifting and metal clicking against metal all day long. We have been in this shed for a while and the neighbors in the other units are all hard-working people too. We just do our bit, finish our lists, and go home to our families.
