Salaya Madhyamik Shala

Over at 77 in Salaya, you will find Salaya Madhyamik Shala. Being in Jamnagar, we get that coastal weather which can be a bit salty on the building walls. It is a secondary school, so we deal with teenagers mostly. The building is solid, though it shows its age in some corners. We have got a decent space out front where the kids hang out before classes start. It is a local school through and through. Most of the families around here have sent at least one child to us at some point in time. The classrooms are basic but they do the job. We have windows that let in a good breeze which is lucky during the humid months. Sometimes the power goes out and we just keep going with the doors open. There is not any big corporate office behind us, just us local folks running the place. We keep an eye on the kids and try to make sure they are actually studying and not just staring out the window. It gets pretty loud during the lunch break with everyone talking at once. You can hear the sounds of the town outside while we are working inside. It is a very honest kind of place. We do not have fancy equipment, just the stuff we need to teach. People in Salaya know we are here if they need us for their children's education.
