Pratik Metals

Pratik Metals is located in the GIDC area over at Shanker Tekri. Our plot number is 21/2/5/2, which is a bit hard to remember for some. Most people around here just call the whole place Udyognagar. It is an older industrial patch. You can usually smell the scent of cut metal and machine oil in the air. We have been working out of this particular shed for a lot of years. It has high ceilings and gets very loud when all the machines are running at the same time. Since we deal with metals, it is heavy and physical work. Our hands are almost always dirty by the time we have our morning tea. We do not have a fancy corporate office with air conditioning or soft carpets. We just have the main workshop and a tiny little cabin where we keep the paperwork and the phone. Pratik Metals is a small operation. We know all of our regular customers and they know us by name. We do not spend any money on advertising or fancy signs. People usually find us by word of mouth or because they saw us while walking through the GIDC. It is a tough place to work, especially when the weather gets hot, but we are used to it by now. We just stay focused on the orders.
