You can find us at Ganesh Electroplapinge on Plot No-4467, which is on Road No-L in the G.I.D.C. Phase-Iii area of Dared. Working in electroplating means our environment is full of tanks, chemicals, and the constant smell of the processes we use. It’s a very industrial setting, and the floors are usually a bit wet or stained from the work we do. We wear our heavy boots and aprons all day because it’s messy work. The Dared G.I.D.C. is a huge place, and our spot on Road No-L is right in the thick of the manufacturing zone. There is a lot of heat that comes off the tanks, so the air inside can get pretty thick and warm. We spend our time dipping parts, checking the finishes, and moving heavy racks around. It’s the kind of job that leaves you tired by the end of the shift. We don't have any corporate offices or polished reception areas; it is just the factory floor and a small corner where we keep our records and eat our meals. The noise of the nearby factories is always in the background, along with the sound of our own blowers and pumps. We just keep our focus on the metal parts in front of us and make sure the plating is done according to what’s needed. It is a tough, honest way to spend the day, and we have been doing it here for years.
