You can find Essar Steel Ltd over at 101 B, Rajdeep, which is on Shivam Pan Lane in Jamnagar. We are part of Mahavir Society C, right off Saru Section Road. It’s a decent spot in Gujarat to run a business from. We aren’t a big, flashy corporation with hundreds of people in suits. It’s mostly just a handful of us here making sure the steel orders get processed right. The lane can be a bit quiet sometimes, which is nice when we have a lot of numbers to crunch. We’ve set up the office to be functional rather than pretty. There are piles of invoices and technical sheets everywhere. We don't see the point in spending money on expensive furniture when the work happens just as well on what we have. People in Jamnagar are practical, and we try to be the same way. We just take it one day at a time, handling whatever comes through the door or over the phone. If a customer has a question, they get a direct answer from one of us. No waiting on hold or talking to a robot. We like the local feel of the Mahavir Society area. It feels like a community. We’ve been at this for a bit now and we plan to stay for a lot longer. It's just a steady, local steel business doing its thing without any unnecessary noise or corporate complications.
