Our shop is located at Plot No. 3080 and 3081 in the Phase 3 part of Dared Gidc. If you know Jamnagar, you know it's a big industrial hub. Brasstech Engineering Pvt. has been operating out of these two plots for some time. It gets noisy with all the machines running, but that is part of the engineering life. We have a few guys who have been with us since the start. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings by noon. We clean it up, but it just happens again. Working in Gidc means we are surrounded by other workshops. Sometimes we borrow a tool from the guy next door or help them out when their truck gets stuck. It is a practical way of living. We do not have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just the workspace and a small area for the desk work. Jamnagar weather can be tough on the equipment, so maintenance is a big part of what we do. We just keep our heads down and finish the orders. It’s a straightforward business. No one here wears a suit. We wear work clothes that get dirty. That’s how you know work is getting done. We’ve been in this spot long enough that the local tea stall knows our order by heart. It is just a place for work.
