Anand Brass Products

Anand Brass Products is located at Plot No. 639 in the Gidc-2 area of Dared, Jamnagar. If you know this part of the country, you know that brass is what we do here. Our workshop is full of machines that turn and cut brass rods into different parts all day long. It is a very shiny place because of all the metal dust, but it is also very greasy from the machine oil. We have been working in Dared for a long time. The team is small, mostly guys who have lived in Jamnagar their whole lives. We don't have a fancy showroom. If you want to see what we make, you usually have to step into the back where the bins are full of finished pieces. We spend a lot of time checking the sizes of the parts with calipers because if they are off even a little bit, they won't work. It’s tedious but necessary. The heat from the machines makes the workspace quite warm, especially in the afternoons. We usually take a break when the sun is at its peak and have some water. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything. It is just the owner and a handful of workers getting the orders out. Sometimes we run late on a shipment because a machine broke or a delivery didn't show up. We just do our best to catch up the next day.
