Our workshop is at number 436 in the Shanker Tekri area, right in the middle of Udyog Nagar. If you walk through this part of the city, you will hear the sound of cutting and polishing from every direction. It is a busy industrial zone with a 361001 pin code, and it feels like everyone here knows the smell of hot metal. Our space is filled with lathes and scrap pieces of brass waiting to be turned into something useful. We spend the whole day in our work clothes, making sure the dimensions are right and the finishes are what people asked for. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, especially when the machines have been running for hours. We are not big on fancy talk or marketing; we just focus on the metal in front of us. Shanker Tekri is a place where people value hard work over anything else. You might find us covered in a bit of metal dust, but that is part of the job. We have been at this location for a long time, and we know the rhythms of the industrial estate.
