Burhani Steel Traders

Our shop, Burhani Steel Traders, is located right on Lati Plot Main Road. If you are coming down that way, we are directly across from the police chowki. It makes it very easy to give people directions. We have been in the steel business at this spot for quite a few years. It is heavy, noisy work and there is always something being loaded onto a truck. We mostly deal with iron rods, steel sheets, and other metal parts that the local construction crews need for their projects. The building itself is quite simple and we use most of the space for storing our stock. My hands usually end up covered in dust and grease by the time we close up for the evening. The street outside is always full of activity, so there is never a dull moment. We don't have a team for sales or marketing. It’s usually just us answering the phone and checking the ledger to see what we have left in the yard. Sometimes the supply from the mills is late, and we have to figure out how to keep everyone happy. That’s just how the metal trade works. We like being central because it’s easier for the drivers to find us. There is almost always a pot of tea going in the back room for whoever stops by. We don’t make big claims about ourselves. We just do the job day in and day out.
