Wigi

So we are tucked away here in Gandhi Nagar, right by the Tawi area in Jammu. Most days start pretty early when the shops around Bahu Plaza begin opening up their shutters. It gets quite noisy with the traffic outside, especially near the plaza where everyone seems to be in a rush. Our spot is easy enough to find if you know where you are going, just 180003 pin code area. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but we just keep cleaning and moving along. We have been in this part of town for a while now. You see the same faces every morning, people heading to work or just walking by. It isn't a very fancy setup, just some chairs and the usual things you would expect. In the afternoons, when the sun is really hitting the pavement, it stays a bit quieter inside. We mostly just focus on getting things done for whoever walks through the door. The Tawi river isn't too far off, but we are mostly looking at the street side stuff. It is a bit of a walk from the main bus stand, but not too bad if the weather is nice. We spend a lot of time just chatting with the neighbors and watching the cars pile up near the signal. It is just how life goes here in this corner of Jammu. Nothing too complicated about it.
