Falak

We've been up here on the 5th floor of Hotel KC Residency for a while now. Residency Road gets busy, but it's different once you get inside and take the elevator up. Most people find us because they're staying at the hotel, or they just live around Jammu and want a place to eat that isn't right on the street level. We try to keep things running smooth. It's not a fancy corporate setup, just us working every day to make sure the food comes out right. The views from the windows are probably the first thing people notice. You can see quite a bit of the city from here. We spend a lot of time checking the tables and making sure everything is where it should be. Sometimes it gets really packed on weekends, and we all have to move a bit faster. It's just a regular team here. We don't have some big manifesto or anything like that. We just show up at the hotel, go up to the fifth floor, and start the day. Sometimes the kitchen gets hot, or the lift takes a second too long, but that's just how it goes in a real building. We've got our regulars who come in every week, and then there are the travelers who are just passing through Jammu. It's a nice mix. We keep the place clean and focus on what needs to be done. Nothing too complicated about it. We’re just Falak, doing our thing up here.
